A "mutant", a "firestarter" who can teleport and is extremely strong. One of the first people Henry met here, and somehow also his boyfriend. Henry is still in love with Hans, believing it unrequited, which complicates things (for him in his head especially). His parents all loved more than one people, so surely it can't be so wrong...

A kind but melancholy man who is partially (a lot of partially) made of metal. Incredibly smart, with a strong desire to better the lives of other people. Henry respects him a lot and is grateful to have met him so soon after arriving. They both have someone from their home that is deeply important to them. Henry assumes that since they are from different worlds, Viktor's accent is not actually bad Czech. Hehe.

A very beautiful woman that both entrances and intimidates Henry. He knows next to nothing about her (by her design) except that she is a tattoo artist and from the far east. She is not known to him in her true form but an alternate, more innocent looking one - despite his knowing full well that she could wrap him around her finger and he'd welcome it.

A doctor of some kind with very strange eyes that Henry probably doesn't want to actually know about for the sake of his own sanity. He seems to be delicate and on the physically weak side, but he is quite beautiful and also a bit scary. Henry likes 'em a bit scary.

A pirate (piratess??) that Henry met through a risqué game of table tennis. He immediately liked her boldness and spirit, and they have been casual pals ever since. He likes swapping adventure stories with her and just generally hanging out. That she's pretty is just a bonus.

"The Great Old One". Henry doesn't know exactly what he is or if he wants to know, but he has learned a lot of things from John and enjoys doing so. John is also the closest person he's found so far to understanding Henry's time period and world. He makes potions, among other things. And has tentacles.

Met originally through a bet she had with Dodger. Some sort of magic user, though quite secretive and Henry doesn't really understand what he has discovered about her. She seems to have had a sad life and considers herself unworthy of a good one. Has grown to care about her, even if he gets frustrated to be handled with kid gloves due to his "normalness". She is capable of being ruffled beneath that cool exterior, which is fun, and Henry is probably more polite around her than he needs to be.

Supposedly the King of Demons. Henry respects his battle experience but is oftentimes bewildered by the way he acts and how he talks. He likes him but also thinks he's weird. Can use magic and is rather blasé about it, another thing he and Henry don't see eye to eye about. They are of a similar age though so he's aight to chill with. Also a good cook.
